Welcome to Greece where you will experience two of the most vibrant islands in the Mediterranean. This 8-day journey will start in Santorini, one of the most famous islands in the Mediterranean and end in Crete, Greece’s largest island with over 160 miles of beaches! The Retreat:

May 18-25, 2026

Our retreat unfolds in Santorini, one of the most famous islands in the Mediterranean. Upon arrive at the Santorini International Airport we will be transferred to our hotel in Imerovigli. We will spend the afternoon enjoying the amenities and scenery at this 5-star property. We'll finish the day with a welcome group dinner at a local restaurant and then take in the postcard sunset images from the distance.


Our time in Santorini includes a hike from Imerovigli to Oia, a day a beautiful volcanic winery and more. On our 4th day we'll get on the ferry and travel to Crete, the largest island in Greece. In Crete we will enjoy a cooking class, a historic tour through Knossos, and a Catamaran Cruise.


This is an active adventure retreat with daily fitness and yoga classes. We will provide an itinerary 30 day prior to the trip that has been finalized for timing. While we encourage full participation when you can, please know that this time is yours! You can choose to follow the itinerary as much or as little as you like.

Day 1:

Arrive In Santorini

Welcome to Greece! Your journey will start in Santorini, one of the most famous islands in the Mediterranean! Upon arrival at Santorini International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Imerovigli. Spend the afternoon enjoying the amenities and scenery at this 5-star property.Finish the first day with dinner at a local restaurant as you take in the postcard sunset images in the distance.

Day 2:

Hiking from Imerovigli to Oia

After breakfast and a long morning class, the morning is yours at leisure to explore or enjoy the hotel amenities. Each room offers a relaxing intimate private plunge pool or hot tub and the town of Imerovigli is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel.Later in the afternoon, begin a hike around the rim of the famous caldera to picturesque Oia, passing white stone houses and stunning views along the way. Linger on Oia's artsy streets until evening for the best sunset views on the island where you can enjoy dinner on your own. Transportation is provided from Oia back to the hotel at night where you enjoy the rest of your evening at leisure.

Day 3:

Free Day In Santorini

Today, you'll enjoy a morning at leisure after your class to relax and explore the town of Fira, Imerovigli or Oia. There are a number of shops and restaurants close by, or you can enjoy the amenities on property which include a pool, gym, and spa.A supplemental optional kayaking tour is also available if you’d prefer to see the island from water. An optional evening class will also be offered today.

Day 4:

Santos Winery

Today, you'll enjoy a morning at leisure after your morning class and breakfast. After checking out of the hotel and having lunch on your own, we’ll transfer you to the Santos Winery for a wine-tasting tour. After learning about the volcanic wine production, enjoy a tasting as you soak up your final panoramic view of Santorini.Late in the afternoon, you'll head to the port to catch an afternoon ferry to Crete, the largest island in Greece. Nothing says “good evening” like watching the sunset over the majestic Mediterranean Ocean. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for dinner and check-in.

Day 5:

Cooking class

Start your day off with a morning class and leisurely breakfast while enjoying the hotel amenities. Late in the morning, we will experience an interactive cooking experience at the traditional village of Arolithos. After an organized guided tour, you will get acquainted with Cretan folklore culture, learn about local ingredients and recipes and sample your own homemade delicacies. Spend the rest of the afternoon enjoying the amenities at the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure with a rich buffet dinner on property. An optional evening class will be offered.

Day 6:

Explore Heraklion and Knossos

After a morning class and breakfast at your hotel, spend the rest of the morning at leisure enjoying the pool and nature that surrounds you. Later in the afternoon, we depart to visit the 3,500-year-old Minoan palace of Knossos, a sprawling maze of royal chambers, grand staircases, storerooms, and workshops. This evocative Bronze Age site is believed to be Europe’s oldest city. A professional English-speaking guide will escort you on this visit as you step back in time.From here, you'll head toward Heraklion's center where you are given a tour of the city with leisure time to follow. After dinner on your own, we’ll return to the hotel for the rest of the evening at leisure.

Day 7:

Catamaran Cruise

Start your day off with a morning class and leisurely breakfast. Later, transfer to the small fishing village of Bali where you can take in the beautiful beaches and coastline of Crete. Later in the afternoon, board a 3-hour catamaran cruise to take in a fresh perspective of the island. The beautiful coastline and majestic shades of blue waters will leave you awestruck as you take in the cool ocean breeze. Enjoy drinks, snacks, and fruits on the boat in addition to snorkeling equipment.Enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure with your farewell dinner on the property filled with great local cuisine and live entertainment. An evening closing class will also be offered.

Day 8:

Depart Heraklion

It's time to say farewell to Greece! Today, you'll savor one more breakfast and class in Crete before your transfer to Heraklion International Airport for your flight home.
