Need to Freeze?

Want to pause your membership? No problem! 


You can pause your membership quickly and easily, lock in your current rate,  and come back when you're ready—no need to start over!  Freezes are for a minimum of 14 days at a time and for a maximum of 30 days a year.

We totally get that life ebbs and flows—but before you cancel and lose your member rate, consider if freezing your membership might be a better fit.

  • You’re traveling or heading out of town
  • You're recovering from an injury or illness
  • Life feels full and you’re not getting to class
  • You’re not sure you’re using your membership enough lately

No problem — to manage your membership, just log in to your Walla account and click “Manage Account.” Then select “Your Credits & Plans,” and click the three dots in the upper right corner.
