Vinyasa Flow
Our primary class style. Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and rejuvenating style of yoga that synchronizes movement with breath. This style of yoga not only strengthens and stretches the body, but also calms the mind and nourishes the soul. The vinyasa sequences are a fun and dynamic way to improve flexibility, balance, and endurance. It's also a great way to relieve stress and find inner peace. Every teacher brings their own flavor and creativity to each class, making every experience fresh and unique.

Warm + Hot Vinyasa Flow classes are offered at El Porto.

Burn
Burn classes are all about getting your heart pumping with high-intensity, functional movement, incorporating weights and resistance bands into the practice. Expect a mix of rhythmic movements, strength-building exercises, and some yoga (depending on the instructor). It’s a playful and energizing way to bring movement into your practice, fueled by the collective energy of group movement. It’s as joyful as it is empowering—movement makes community!

Chair Yoga
This practice utilizes a yoga chair to go deep into postures and to create space in the body. Don't let the name fool you-this is not an easy class, but it is accessible to all levels. Using the chair as a partner, some postures are standing and others are on the floor. This is great for people looking to move slow & go deep, or those with injuries looking for a low impact practice. On Wednesdays, we add light weights for an extra strength boost!

Dynamic Flow
Dynamic Flow is a vibrant, energetic practice that combines fluid movement with mindful breath. This class moves at a lively pace, encouraging strength, flexibility, and focus through thoughtfully sequenced flows incorporating creative transitions that keep your body engaged and your mind present.

Hot Advanced Flow
A weekly master class where practitioners of all levels are encouraged to push their boundaries. In this dynamic class, we offer inversions and arm balances, but more importantly, we invite you to challenge your own perceptions of what's possible.

Hot / Warm Sol HIIT
A fiery fusion of strength work and high-intensity interval training, all set in a heated room (Warm: 85°F; Hot: 98°F). This class is designed to sculpt, sweat, and strengthen — combining core-focused movement with bursts of cardio to elevate your heart rate and boost endurance. Expect upbeat music, powerful flows, and a serious burn. All levels welcome, modifications always offered.

Hot Sol Flow Pilates
Sol Flow Pilates blends the strength and precision of Pilates with the mindfulness and breath of yoga. Each class begins with a thoughtful warm-up to support spine health, mobility, and core strength. Using an East-meets-West approach, we flow through sequences that unite breath, alignment, and functional movement.
The practice builds stability, flexibility, and postural awareness while calming the nervous system. Perfect for anyone seeking a strong, supple body and a centered mind, Sol Flow Pilates optimizes your practice on and off the mat.

Living Flow
Living Flow is a dynamic all levels vinyasa-based class that evolves with the day, the season, and the energy of the room. It’s a creative and thoughtfully guided practice that blends breath, movement, and mindful sequencing to help you feel strong, centered, and fully alive.
Each class builds through progressive flow patterns that challenge balance, stability, and focus. Expect a balance of strength and stretch, fluid and fun transitions, and moments of pause — all designed to support exactly what your body needs today. Every teacher brings their own style, weaving in functional movement, alignment techniques, relevant themes, or grounding stillness depending on the group. Movement, Meditation + Magic
Step into an inspiring practice where movement meets meditation and empowerment! This class weaves together elements of Kundalini-inspired practices in a modern, accessible way. Postnatal Sol Nourish + Flow
This class is designed to support moms in the difficult and beautiful postpartum period. Through gentle yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement, you’ll begin to rebuild strength, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Just as important, you’ll find a supportive circle of other new moms to share the journey with.
Babies are welcome, though the focus remains on nurturing and empowering the mother. Each class will be tailored for the moms and babies who show up. This will be time for YOU to receive what you need. Expect a mix of mindful movement, guided conversation, and simple practices you can take home to ease the transition into motherhood.

Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is a gentle and supportive style of yoga designed specifically for expectant mothers. This practice helps to promote physical and mental well-being during pregnancy by incorporating gentle stretches, strengthening exercises, and breathing techniques.
Prenatal yoga can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and relieve common discomforts such as back pain and swelling. With its focus on connection and relaxation, prenatal yoga also helps expectant mothers prepare for birth and create a deeper bond with their growing baby.

Slow Flow

Hot / Warm Sol Strength
Sol Strength is a 45 minute heated weights class designed to sculpt, sweat and strengthen. Using weights, Pilates-inspired moves, and HIIT-style circuits, you'll build lean muscle, improve form, and boost endurance. You'll learn proper technique, build strength from the inside out, and boost metabolism + confidence. This isn't just a workout, it's a full body wake up call!

Sol Strong Goddess
Supporting women through every stage — prenatal, postnatal, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond — this class combines progressive strength building with mindful movement, breath, and nervous system care. Each practice is designed not only to strengthen your body, but to gently support hormonal balance, bone health, and overall well-being, helping you feel grounded and energized.

Strong Flow
Strong Flow is a steady, energizing vinyasa-based class rooted in traditional alignment and Ashtanga-inspired sequencing. You’ll build heat and strength through purposeful movement, mindful breath, and clear cueing—not rushed, not overly choreographed. Expect one or two challenging peak postures, often including arm balances or inversions, that will leave you wanting more while still feeling supported. This class is athletic, grounded, and accessible, with options to modify or amplify. Leave feeling strong, focused, and fully reset.

Warm Stretch + Flow
Like a full-body massage meets mindful movement, this class blends deep myofascial release, yin-inspired stretches, and energizing flows. The first half focuses on unwinding tight areas using tools like foam rollers, resistance balls, and therapeutic stretching techniques. Then, you’ll move into a dynamic fusion of Pilates and yoga designed to build strength, mobility, and ease. Each teacher brings their own unique flair to keep things fresh—so no two classes feel the same. Expect to leave feeling restored, lengthened, and recharged.

Warm Yin + Myofascial Release
This class blends the science of myofascial release with the therapeutic principles of Yin yoga for a deeply restorative experience. In a gently heated room, you’ll use massage balls and other props to target key fascial pathways—hydrating tissues, improving range of motion, and releasing chronic tension. Long, passive Yin holds complement the self-massage work by increasing circulation, supporting joint health, and down-regulating the nervous system. Ideal for athletes, desk workers, and anyone seeking improved mobility, recovery, and stress relief, this class offers a balance of precision, evidence-based technique, and profound relaxation. Yin + Restore
Unwind and reset with this calming class that blends gentle stretching, yin + restorative yoga, and breathwork. Mindful breathing settles the nervous system, as soft, supported stretches release tension and improve mobility. Restorative poses and guided relaxation help the body fully relax—promoting deep rest and better sleep. By using props to fully support each pose, your muscles and nervous system can completely relax, allowing you to release tension and restore balance.

Yin Yoga
Yin is a deeply calming yet challenging practice designed to enhance flexibility and release tension from the body's connective tissues. With long-held, floor-based poses, this slow-paced class encourages you to settle into stillness, allowing for a profound sense of release, both physically and mentally. Perfect for anyone seeking greater flexibility, stress relief, or a calming reset, Yin is highly recommended for athletes looking to balance intense training with mindful recovery.

Yin + Flow
Yin + Flow is a great class for those looking for something in between super sweaty and super chill. During the morning times this class starts with slow long holds of yin and then builds up to a vigorous and energizing all levels vinyasa flow. During the evening times class starts with an all levels vinyasa flow and then winds down into the slow long holds of yin.

Yin + Sound Bath
Experience the ultimate combination of yin yoga and sound healing! In our unique classes, each sound practitioner enhances your yin practice with a rich tapestry of sounds designed to deepen relaxation and elevate your meditation. Instruments often include sound bowls, ocean drums, crystal pyramids, rain sticks, tuning forks, gongs, koshi chimes, handpans, and more—creating a truly immersive and transformative experience.

Yin + Yoga Nidra
This deeply restorative class blends long-held yin postures with the guided rest of Yoga Nidra to help you unwind on every level. Class begins with slow, floor-based stretches that target the fascia, release tension, and create space in the body. After settling into a grounded, open state, you’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra—a systematic relaxation practice that moves your awareness through breath, body, and visualization. Expect profound rest, nervous system reset, and a feeling of calm that stays with you long after class ends. Suitable for all levels and perfect for anyone needing a soothing reset.
