Hands on Adjustments Training-50 Hour

With Megan Eaton in Manhattan Beach
April 24-May 3, 2026

Intuitive. Anatomically-Informed. Energetically-Aware Touch.

This small group 50-hour immersive training is designed for yoga teachers who want to develop confident, skillful, and intelligent hands-on assists — rooted in anatomy, guided by energetic awareness, and grounded in consent, safety, and presence.

Through a blend of classroom learning, embodied practice, anatomy education, and mentored practicum experience, this training demystifies the art of assisting and helps you develop touch that is clear, supportive, and responsive to the student in front of you.

This is not about memorizing fixed assists.

It’s about learning how to see, feel, and respond.  Hands-on assists can be one of the most powerful tools a yoga teacher offers — when done with clarity, consent, and care.

This training helps you develop a relationship to touch that is:

  • Informed by anatomy
  • Guided by intuition
  • Grounded in ethics
  • Responsive to the nervous system
  • Supportive rather than imposing

You’ll leave with greater confidence, discernment, and trust in your ability to assist students safely and meaningfully.
