This Level 1 Sound Healing & Mantras Certification Training is an immersive introduction to sound, vibration, and the human voice as tools for regulation, restoration, and connection—and a strong foundation for offering sound healing experiences. Designed for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, and curious students alike, the training provides practical, accessible methods for working with crystal singing bowls, supportive sound instruments, and simple mantra and vocal practices.
Rather than focusing on performance or musical skill, this training emphasizes listening, presence, and care. You’ll explore how sound influences the nervous system and emotional state, learn how to structure and hold sound healing sessions safely for individuals and groups, and discover thoughtful ways to integrate sound into yoga classes, meditation, restorative practices, or standalone offerings. No prior experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to listen.

Learn how to structure and guide sound healing sessions with clarity and care. This includes setting intention, opening and closing practices, and holding space for individuals and groups.
Discover the Foundations of Listening & Presence
Develop the ability to listen deeply—to sound, silence, and the people in the room. This section emphasizes awareness, pacing, and responding rather than performing or over-directing.
Integrate & Apply
Learn how to thoughtfully integrate sound and mantra into yoga classes, meditation, restorative practices, or standalone offerings—using sound as a supportive layer, not a distraction.

With over a decade of experience in holistic wellness, Megan brings a deeply intuitive and integrative approach to healing. As the founder of Bodywork By ME, she blends the time tested wisdom of Ayurveda, the therapeutic power of massage, and the mindful practices of yoga and movement to support her clients in cultivating balance, resilience, and connection -- both within themselves and to the world around them.
Originally from Indiana, Megan spent 10 years in New York City working as a dedicated caregiver and nanny, before relocating to the South Bay to pursue her calling in wellness full-time. Her background in nurturing care informs every session she offers, creating a space that is warm, grounded, and deeply supportive.
Her work is grounded in both intuition and education, drawing on continued study in Eastern and Western modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. Whether offering bodywork, Ayurvedic consultations, or private yoga, her mission is to help others reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and live in alignment with their natural rhythms.
