Teaching is a practice all its own. Whether you’re a new instructor or ready to elevate your leadership, the Sol Seek Mentorship Program gives you the personalized support, real-time feedback, and professional growth you need to thrive.

This is where skills sharpen, confidence expands, and teachers step into their next level. Whether you are an aspiring HIIT teacher or yoga teacher, this mentorship will take you to the next level in your teaching!

Once Accepted to the Mentorship Program, Mentees Receive:

• Opportunity to work 1:1 with a chosen mentor, an approved Sol Seek teacher (subject to availability)
  
• Opportunity to teach a regular weekly community class at Sol Seek for a month
• A fully personalized goals and growth plan
  
• Receive 4 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions in person or online
  
• Mentor attends first and final community class and gives detailed actionable written feedback
  
• Unlimited email/text communication with mentor. 
• Mid-program video review with refinement notes
• Programming + sequencing guidance for your unique style
• If approved by mentor, after training be a sub teacher at Sol Seek

Requirements + Application Process:

1. You must have completed a certification relevant to the discipline you are wanting to mentor in.
2. You must be available to teach 1 weekly class consistently at the same day and time every month and be available for recurring weekly 1:1 meetings with your mentor consistently.
3. You must complete the Application Form.
4. Within 3-4 business days you will be contacted and notified if your requested mentor is available.
5. If mentor and class times are available you will make payment and coordinate directly with your mentor to begin your mentorship.

Availability is based on mentor and community class availability. Registration is on a rolling basis. You will be placed on a waitlist if the mentor is unavailable during your requested month.

Program investment is $899 which covers the entire mentorship.

Mentorship is eligible for 50 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Hours
