Our goal should be to advocate for the benefits of a regular wellness  practice and to educate our clients on those benefits and how they can reach their goals at our studios. 

We're seeking enthusiastic Front Desk Sales Associates!

Qualifications:

• Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets and an excitement about exceeding goals 
• Motivated by sales commissions 
• Strong customer service skills
• A background in retail or other sales position 
• Ability to learn and use the Walla platform & Google Sheets for tracking purposes 
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, text, and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Some schedule flexibility and variability is required 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years sales experience.
• An affinity for yoga and wellness/fitness, and able to speak to benefits of what we offer.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills.

Successful Candidates will:

• Report directly to the Studio Owner & Manager.
• Be responsible for prospect nurturing, new membership sales, the retention of current members, and lead reporting.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
• Consistently create a warm and welcoming environment for clients.
• Enjoy connecting with customers, asking questions and building relationships and community.
• Have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Be passionate about what they are selling and confidently make intelligent recommendations based on the client's needs.
• Be high energy, positive and self-motivated.
• Leads the charge on studio cleanliness and organization (may include laundry at some locations), 
• Pop-up/Marketing events within the community
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales
• Be knowledgeable about current products, programs and pricing
• Other duties as assigned

• Job Types: Part-time hourly with commission
• Benefits: Accrued sick pay, 401K option (after 3 months), Unlimited Membership to the yoga studio
